LUXURY APARTMENT BLOCKS

Michelangelo Towers
The development consists of a multi-story luxury apartment building located in the Sandton CBD; with basement parking areas, two retail floors and 24 levels of luxury apartments incorporating 194 apartments ranging from 80m² single bed units to 300m² penthouses.


Raphael Apartments
This development consists of 57 luxury apartments ranging between 90m² and 350m², located in the Sandton CBD. The electrical, electronic and audio visual facilities are similar to that of Michelangelo Towers.

 

The Fields at Hatfield
This development consists of 688 apartments and 2500m² retail in Pretoria.


Bedford Centre
Bedford Centre comprised of a multi-story 407 luxury residential apartments all equipped with multimedia services such as data and voice, distributed video, intercoms and smoke detection. The apartments were sized from 137sqm 2 bedroom units to 280sqm penthouses with pools. The development had an extensive parking basement allowing dedicated parking to the residential component and 30 000sqm of retail.

These principles have been applied in the design of a number of data/voice network systems, International Dealer Rooms and Call Centres for First National Bank, the Standard Bank of South Africa Limited, Nedbank and ABSA.


The following modern principles are currently under research and application:

  • Caller identification unified messaging, etc.
